The Â鶹¹û¶³ invites the community and the people outside the academic institucion to book the spaces they may need in the institutional buildings through this form.

This channel will be used to manage the bookings of spaces for audiovisual filming, acts, congresses, conferences, courses or events of any kind.

If the participation of members of the government team is required, please contact the Rector's Office by e-mail:Ìýsreitor@uvigo.galÌý

The management of spaces in the faculties and schools will be handled directly with the management or dean's office of the centre.

Companies and institutions outside the Â鶹¹û¶³ that request the use of the spaces will be charged the rates established on page 148 of the 2024 budget of the academic institution according to their respective capacity.Ìý

The prices will be increased with the corresponding VAT and 25% on non-teaching days.Ìý

    Full day: 210 euros
    Half day: 136,50 euros
  • > 100 e < 200 seats
    Full day: 2562,50 euros
    Half day: 170,67 euros
  • > 200 seats
    Full day: 315 euros
    Half day: 204,75 euros
