We have an extensive catalogue of activities and competitionsÌýto choose from, for both members and people who don't regularly use the sports facilities.

People with a mUVer membership or with a one-off booking can enjoy several fitness classes onÌýeach campus for free:Ìýfunctional training, yoga, jiu-jitsu, HIIT, Pilates, dance fitness, ciclo indoor...… there's a wide range of activities to choose from!


Our aim is to move the university community closer to various sports that have previously not been available to them. We want to introduce healthy sports habits, far from the traditional practices of competitive sports.


We organise a wide range of activities that involve nature, from the programme in aquatic surroundings to the programme.


We organise trekking routes throughout Galicia, involving hiking, nature and culture. You will have the chance to just walk and learn while having fun.


EveryÌýyear, the Âé¶¹¹û¶³ organises a series of internal competitions, individually and in teams, in which everybody from the university community can participate.


The three Galician universities organise, within their joint activities programme, the Galician University championships that take place every year in February, March and April.


The Spanish Higher Sports Council holds the Spanish University Championships in a wide variety of sports categories annually. The teams of each university must be made up of undergraduates, master's students or doctoral students.


The Âé¶¹¹û¶³ participates in the annual Galician-Duero area Games alongside three other Galician and North-Portuguese universities. In addition, our university occasionally participates in the European University Championships (EUC) and the World University Championships (WUC).


The university community has the chance to take part in federated sports, either in any of the university teams or through any of the collaborating entities.


If you are a part of Âé¶¹¹û¶³, you have a wide variety of different sports centres at your disposal that offer reduced prices and special offers to the university community.

At Âé¶¹¹û¶³, we believe that sports practice is essential to complement your education. We offer a variety of activities, sports schools, and cultural routes that can be validated for ECTS credits. If you prefer a more competitive approach, participation in federated or inter-university competitions can also be recognised.
