We present the first edition of the summary diagram on the research career at the Â鶹¹û¶³, an adaptation of the document The graph shows different stages of the research career and identifies the different grants that the researcher can apply for at any given moment. In addition, the document is available in Galician, Spanish and English.

Research profiles

The European framework for research careers sets out four differentiated stages: R1, R2, R3, and R4. This classification defines the skills at each stage, in both the public and the private sectors.

Ìýis a unique pan-European initiative involving more than 550 service centres in 40 different countries that provide free assistance to researchers and their families in matters such as visas, recognition of qualifications, social security and any other legal and cultural aspect.Ìý

In Spain, the network is coordinated by the FECYT and comprises 104 centres in all the autonomous communities.
